1) Neither of the websites I checked validated, and the website I admired, The New York Times, had 358 errors and 68 warnings, and the Coca-Cola website had 35 errors and 54 warnings. 2) I think it is a waste of time to validate our own websites, as long as they work they obviously run fine if the New York Times homepage has 358 errors and 68 warnings. 3) A web page I viewed on if it was important to valdate pages was all for validating them. It used examples such as how a validated page makes it future proof and also how a validated page will show up on all search engines. Original Source
